Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC.
