Ralph did not clean properly around the windows and he completely missed the soffit under the living room window (ours is a split-entry home). I pointed out the areas in question and he said that he thought he had cleaned them?he had not. I certainly did not get a $340 job!

I have many windows, large house with storms and screens, but $875.00 for cleaning them was way out of my price range. I realize it's a lot of work and requires the right equipment. However, the next rain pretty much undoes it, so paying $875. doesn't make any sense to me.
