Excellent!. Mark and Ryan were wonderful to have in my home. They did an wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. My entire experience with M&P windows exceeded expectations. They arrived when they said they would, kept my home clean and behaved in all other ways as a complete professional.
Starting with Paul on the sales side thru completion of the project, everything went as smoothly as possible.
The quality of the Seaway windows seem excellent, I will of course have a better idea come winter. But they are solid, durable and better than Simonton and Pella windows I have purchased for prior homes.

Outstanding work in every way. Mark and Peter were very professional, efficient, scarily knowledgeable about windows and their installation, and very easy to work with. The final result were windows that cut the noise from outside to near zero, and a greatly noticeable improvement in how the house retained heat in the winter (and up here in upstate NY that's huge.)
They also got back to us very quickly when we had questions and concerns and in all ways treated
us very well. We'd hire them in a heart beat again if we needed to.

FABULOUS!!!! From the first meeting with Paul to the installation of all the windows by his brother - this was one of the most easy and enjoyable experiences I've had with such a huge project. Calls were returned immediately. Appointments were on time. The professionalism was wonderful. The back porch had some issues with slanted ceilings as the house was built in the 1800's so nothing is "level." Everything was taken care of beautifully. The true test was this winter (2015) as the temperatures were below freezing most of the time and yet I was able to work on the back porch with just a single electric heater in place. M & P Windows did such a fantastic job of installing the windows and insulating all around them that I gained a room back to use all year! I will definitely do business with them again and already have plans for them to replace the windows in the old Carriage House. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is so rare to have such a positive experience such as this.

That went very well and they did a very good job. Prompt service and quality work. Very good clean-up, too; they left no residue or anything. Maybe they were a little more expensive than some other companies I could have chosen, but I chose them because I knew them and could depend on the quality of their work.

Our initial contact with M&P windows was to discuss what we wanted to do, i.e., replace all windows and sliders in our house, get a quote. Paul was great in discussing the various options that were open to us in terms of glass types and window types (double-hung, awning, ...). I had many technical questions about the various types of glasses available (double pane, triple pane, ...) and they provided answers as quickly as possible when the answers had to be researched. When they provided the quote, I was very happy with the price and the work that was going to be done (which was detailed on the quote). I changed my mind on some of the windows and they provided a revised quote without any hassle.
Once we were set on the quote, I met with both Paul and Mark - Mark does the removal/installation work. Mark explained in detail what was going to be done. He was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and I had full confidence in the work that he was going to do. He also insisted on how clean he kept his work environment when removing and installing windows.
Once we accepted the contract, the order for the windows was put in. The windows were quickly manufactured (except for a few which were delayed a little bit - mostly due to the holidays around Christmas/New Year) and the work began soon after. All went smoothly, and as promised, Mark kept the area clean during the work and especially when we was finished for the day, vacuuming and picking up after himself. Mark also used our garage (he had to use his saw and sanding tool for cutting/preparing trim). This created sawdust and Mark swept and cleaned at the end of each and every working day that he was here. Fantastic!
With so many windows and sliders to replace, the work took several days overall to complete, but it was done quickly, efficiently and well. We am very happy with the results. The windows are of a very high quality.
Both Paul and Mark are really nice guys, professional, polite, efficient. I highly, highly recommend them.

Contracted with M&P windows to supply the window and do the work.
Mark, Paul and Joe arrived on time and replaced my tired,unappealing,lackluster and broken picture window , with a beautiful,
3 lite, bow window. This window has added great eye appeal to our house, made the room feel bigger,dampened street noise, and certainly added value to the worth of the home.The work was done in a timely,fastidious manner with great attention to detail.

M&P was recommend to me by my son Jason( see his review above). I was impressed by their product ,attitude and great work ethic so when the need arose I gave them a call.
Paul came to the house and spent 45 minutes explaining the various options the windows we wanted to replace. It took two weeks to get the windows delivered to them then made the appointment to do the job. His brother Mark(the installer) was right on time and worked steady until the rain came at mid afternoon ( the windows we already in, thankfully). He came back first thing the next day and wrapped the outside casings.
I cannot say enough good things about the total experience with Mark and Paul and can recommend them without reservation.

Went well. Started my window at 8:30 in morning and finished at approx. 1:00 pm. This was a combo vinyl replacement window wrap white aluminum. They made sure the combo windows were air tight and very clean looking. They really look great. The windows taken out were taken out with care and in one piece. New windows were put in the same way with the utmost care. They were very courteous and very pleasant to work with. Everything was sealed and taken care of. Thank you. I had them do work for me before putting in other windows and a sliding glass door. Happy then, happy now! They picked up, cleaned and put my drapes and curtains back on my window.

They were very professional. They worked quickly and the quality was good. They painted the window sill after they were done and painted any new pieces they put on. I would reccomend them to others.

I found M&P windows by using Angies List and read all the good reviews. They have a great website and were very responsive to my request for a free estimate. Paul was a pleasure to deal with for the estimate and quote process. He spent a lot of timeat my house and over the phone & emails getting the quote tweaked to exactly what work we could do within my budget and get the most bang for the buck. He offered a lot of advice and was very personable. Mark & Ryan came to do the installation of the windows and are both great guys to have in your home. They were very courteous and kept things very clean while installing the windows. I was very impressed with the quality of work and all 3 guys were a pleasure to do business with.
I highly reccomend using M&P windows for window installation and I plan to have Mark back to do some other construction work for me soon.

They were great! It took us 3yrs to make a decision and we shopped extensively. They were patient, fair and had the best quality! Paul is a no pressure salesman, he even offered some options that saved us some money. Mark is a VERY neat worker and a true craftsman. They made us feel comfortable and it just seemed like a friend came over. They were; clean, neat, professional and had great quality.

Overall the experience was great. Paul came by the house to take measurements and share information. He walked us through and helped us choose the option the was right for the house and worked with our budget. The custom made windows came in just a few weeks and Mark had them in after one full day of hard work. Both Mark and Paul were helpful, knowledgable, and professional. I plan on having them replace more windows in the spring.

They are good. They custom ordered a door to replace ours. It is beautiful. He was suppose to charge us extra for trimming it out but he just walked out the door. I was happy with their service.
