"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"I don't know what I'd do without her. She cleans areas I didn't even realize were dirty. The tracks in my slider doors has never been so clean and the entry windows are done every time. Stains in my sinks were removed and look so shiny and new. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."

"When I called, the person I spoke to was very friendly and professional and spent time trying to get me a time earlier, as the first appt they could get me was two weeks out and I was afraid that mid October to spray for stink bugs was too late, but he said that it wasn't as there still would be warm days when they would come out.  I was given a time from 2-5 pm and he arrived actually at 1pm. The guy was very friendly, spent time explaining things, but got right to work. He went in the inside of the house first to check out and spray in the attic and then sprayed the perimeter of the house around the windws, doors, etc. I had hesitated to call as I have 3 dogs and a cat and was worried about the chemicals, but they said the pets need to just stay in the house a few hours until everything dried. I couldn't take the stink bugs anymore so had to do it.  I have seen so many stink bugs dead around the house and ones that look much smaller that I"m sure where crammed into openings around the house. So it's expensive and I'm sure I could buy stuff to spray myself, but 1) I don't want to be spraying chemicals and 2) don't want to get up a ladder to reach all around the house.  And to see all the dead stink bugs was worth every penny.

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Surprisingly, cleaning an air bath is almost as easy as relaxing in one. Most air baths have a self-cleaning or drying cycle to remove moisture from the inner tubing. This prevents mold and keeps the tub ready for your next soaking session. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and a soft cloth to wipe the surfaces and periodically clean the air jets as the manufacturer recommends.

Yes, if you’re strapped for supplies, boiling hot water can be a great alternative for getting rid of soap scum. However, as this method calls for a bit of soaking, it’s best used when cleaning your bathroom sink or bath basin (or on small objects you can submerge). All you have to do is plug your sink or bathtub drain and pour in enough boiling water to cover the soap scum. Allow it to soak for five minutes, drain, and follow up with an additional hot water rinse to remove any lingering residue.

The cost of move-out cleaning averages $360 and can increase to $500, depending on the extent of the cleaning involved. The cost factors that vary move-out cleaning include home or apartment size, the level of cleaning, how many professionals it takes to clean, and the location. Add-ons include cleaning carpet, windows, fridge, oven, hardwood floors, tile and grout, garage, and junk removal.

Kitchen towels should be washed after significant use or every week in order to prevent food-borne illnesses. The rules are somewhat less strict for bathroom towels, but they should still be washed frequently, around every 3 to 5 days to help avoid any build-up of bacteria. Other recommendations say bathroom towels should be washed after every three uses.

You can remove stubborn stains from your toilet by scrubbing with a store-bought cleaner appropriate for the toilet’s material. If you’re looking for a homemade solution, you can also use vinegar and baking soda—just pour 2 cups of white vinegar around the edges of your toilet. Once the bowl is wet with vinegar, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of baking soda, concentrating on the stains. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush and flush to clean the mixture.

Just a note: While combining baking soda and vinegar is OK, never mix that solution with any other cleaners.
