"I showed Dustin what I wanted done, he looked it over and gave me a rough estimate. He told me a time he would be here to get started but called in advance to let me know they were "tied up" (very nice of him to do that, instead of me guessing what happened). On the new date he gave me (only a couple of days later) they showed up, completed the excavation, built the forms and told me the concrete would be here the next day. Also, they followed the rough drawing, I gave them, very closely. The concrete arrived when they said it would, they completed the pour, did the finishing, actually removed the forms mere hours after the pour, sealed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Excellent job, looks just as I had envisioned it. Only one complaint... they said they probably won't come back during the winter and shovel the snow off of it every morning. I'm well satisfied."

He answered all of my questions, provided a written estimate for both the house cleaning as well as window washing. He showed up when he was scheduled to, ha dome show him around, answered all questions and got work. He was finished in about 5 hours. Now, aside from a clean house you would not know he was here. My mom s favorite part(aside from the clean house) is that everything is environmentally friendly, so none of the plants around here house were damaged. Although he only did the low pressure house wash for us, I would not hesitate to hire him for window cleaning or house cleaning. The house looks brand new again. Thank you Terry."

We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.
The first visit was about 5 hours and involved lots of loads of wash both bedding and clothing. We followed their recommendations and after many visits the infestation decreased. The last visit was in .April and we are pleased to say we have only seen a few leftovers which we were able to remove,
