Laminate flooring is susceptible to expansion and contraction during temperature fluctuations. In the summer, laminate flooring is more likely to expand, possibly giving it a crowned or warped look. However, tiles can start to look a little less fresh over time in super busy homes with pets and kids. Keeping extra tiles on hand to swap out will ensure your carpet looks its best.
