"While Chuck was very kind, he ended up only spending 45 minutes cleaning and examining the stove top and then left to order parts. Then we found out that the parts are not available, so I feel like I spent $200 for no improvement. I wish he had stayed and spent more time on the stove since I paid for an hour of his labor.
