Believing that you can still get a great service at a reasonable price is what we are about. You will have one of the most personable experiences when it comes to doing business with us. We yield to no excuses and are very easy to deal with.
"I want to commend the folks at Eco Tint for their work on my '99 Acura TL. The old tint was original to the time I bought the car new and the rear window tint had bubbled. The rear-window-tint-removal job took longer than anticipated and the front-office person was very apologetic but told me they wouldn't rush the job simply because the work day was coming to an end. I told them no hurry and to keep the car until the next work day to complete the job. I know the folks at Eco Tint felt bad about the delay in returning the car, but they couldn't help the fact that the old tint was just plain stubborn. The end results were great and my old car looks much better with the new Eco Tint product....and I can really tell the difference in terms of sun and heat reflection. The only "B" grade I gave Eco Tint was for pricing...and they were very competitive to the other shops I used for comparison. I'm just feel that the price I paid was "good", or a "B". Something...anything...would have to be nearly free in my book to be "excellent"."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
