"Excellent punctuality, the service tech was very professional and resolved my problem effectively and efficiently."

"Posted my request on Saturday, received a call on Sunday, and had a tech on site Monday afternoon. He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

"We replaced a tub/shower with a walk in shower. The job took about 2 weeks. I feel I really lucked out getting Jack Strong of Thomas Cole Construction as my contractor. Jack handled every aspect of the job and would check in nightly to inform us of the next step. The finished project is beautiful and I highly recommend this contractor and company."

"Chad and Mike did a great job on the garage addition. Quality of work exceeded expectations. Very good at communicating next steps and timing in a supply constrained environment."

"Ricky and his team were absolutely fantastic. I was extremely happy with the work done very professional and good quality work if there was a problem or question or concern, Ricky addressed it right away and his team took care of it. I would definitely hire them again to do another project around our home in Lake Tahoe, thank you Ricky and please thank your team"

"I hired J. Millett to repair water damage on a bathroom wall and install tile so it wouldn't happen again. Joe, the owner, was very helpful in my decision-making process -- determining what I could afford to do and then making design choices. He was courteous, patient, and answered all my questions. Jason, the young man who did the work, showed up on time every day, worked steadily and quietly, and cleaned up after himself daily. His drywall and tile work was excellent. Joe and Jason also willingly took on two add-ons -- installing new fixtures in the tub/shower combo and installing a new faucet in the kitchen. The work was all done well, within the agreed-upon budget, and on time. I enjoyed working with them, will definitely hire them again, and will recommend them to others!"

"Had used Silver State last year for a shower leak excellent service."
