Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "A few weeks ago a friend recommended the services of this company, I made an appointment for them to come to my house and do a deep cleaning including my carpet, it was incredible when I found out that they offer sterilization services with UV-C lighting and spray with Electrostatic service too, I have decided to do all the service to have my house completely sterilized and clean, the results were incredible, they gave me a free trial with the ATP instrument after agreeing with the complete services and they showed me the results from before and after cleaning it, I was amazed with the final results making me realize how clean and disinfected got my home . "I was called within an hour of requesting a quote. All my questions were answered, no hidden fees! They showed up on time, even gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. I've waited a few weeks before giving this review. In the past, I've had my carpets cleaned and they "looked clean" for a few days. Then got matted down and looked dirty again shortly after the cleaning. MY CARPETS HAVE STAYED LOOKING WONDERFUL. I'm no expert but I do know you have to have a powerful cleaning system to remove the dirt and grime. I have two hard working men in my house, one is a welder and the other works on a flight line so grime is unavoidable. I am loving the carpets, and the professionalism with which they listened to my concerns, didn't put anyone down (other cleaning services) but simply and honestly told me what they could do. "The provider showed up on time.  However, he had to leave to go back to office to get proper equipment to clean carpet.  Why he didn't have proper equipment, I don't know.
Coupon was a little misleading.  Although I purchased a $100 coupon to clean entire house, when provider got there he said it was .20 cents additional for high traffic areas, which came to an additional $114.00.
The job was well done,but I was a little surprised with the additional cost.

This is a new company, and based on my experience, I would hire them again. In fact, I have established regular service based on the one initial visit. I have had other commercial maid services out (maid brigade, molly maid, etc) and, while they all do good work, they are usually extremely overpriced for what you get. Kincade's smaller version of this corporate-run industry was very refreshing, and more affordable. They give the entire process a personal touch"
