Very well and very professional

We ended up paying about $600.00 for the service. The first electrician came and told me to go to Home Depot to pick a bulb for the bathroom as he did not have any in his van. I told him I could wait for him to come back with one another time but he indicated that there would be a service charge for that. So I went to Home Depot, spent $30.00 on a light (was not told I needed it to be waterproof) and came home, walked I the door and was told that they don't use Home Depot lights. Okay. So next, we have two overhead lights in the entryway, both installed by the Electric Company. I would be surprised if they have even seen an hour of use though we bought them from the Electric Co. with the verbal guarantee that they were good for like five years. Well one burned out and they again did not come with replacements. The electrician brought two back so they would match and we paid about $40.00 for each light plus another $120 for a return visit even though this electrician said it would be $60.00 to come back. We also paid $120 for the first visit. Then the light in the bathroom had a big gap between the seal and the drywall. They sent a new electrician who did a good job fixing the gap but asked if I still had the rim from the original light. I didn't and was never told to keep it. This was another $180.00. I am really disappointed with the exception of the third visit and the new electricians repair.

They did a beautiful job.  This is not the first time they've done work for us.  They're reliable.

It went very well,   Prompt, courteous and very helpful...I had an electrical problem .. When I called I was scheduled for an appointment right away.   Art arrived right on time, was very polite and professional and fixed the problem.   I would recommend The Electric Company to all my family and friends....

Called and made appointment for an estimate. For what we needed the estimate was reasonable. Electrician Glen came a looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price. Glen was outstanding. Showed up on day of installation on time and started immediately working. Removed old fan and installed new one and then found that this old house needed some additional wires run from the panel. Performed that task and tested and everything now works fine. We have had other work done by this company and they did an outstanding job. Quality work, cleaned up work area and all of the electricians for the company are outstanding. Very happy and Thanks

I made a bedroom into a washer dryer room. They had to bring in 220v for new wiring. Excellent work, gave recommendations for the professional way to do it.  It took about 3-4 hours of work.

Every thing went well after the materials arrived in Reno.

This house has some very old wiring including plugs that were probably installed back in the 1940's. First Jim came over and looked at all of the old plugs and worn out connections. Told us what should be done and what all of these changes would improve the current conditions. Gave us an estimate and set the appointments for the installations. The electrician scheduled to do the work (Ryan) called ahead and was here at the appointed time schedule. Began his work, explaining what he was going to be changing and the improvements that would be made. Both Jim and Ryan were very professional, clean and cleaned up before leaving. My wife and I are so happy with the outcome that we would highly recommend The Electric Company for all of your electrical needs. Very, very professional.

The service man arrived promptly on time.  He had on cleaned and ironed company shirt and jeans, and put on shoe covers so he would not get anything on the carpets.  I was his first call of the day and he not appear to have been working on anything that was dirty.  He said it was just the policy of the company.
The doorbell on my house died a couple of years ago and every handyman I have used told me that it could not be fixed, that they did not know why it would not work and the only suggestion was to get a battery operated one.  Have been using a battery operated one and just wanted the real doorbell back and working.  Since I had an electrician coming out thought he might have the answer.
I had previously purchased a new doorbell unit just in caseit needed replaced.  Everyone else had said that was not the problem.  I now have a new doorbell and the answer was that the transformer on the original unit had died.

I think they are extremely competent.  With regard to price, I don’t have anything to compare it to and it seemed kind of high.

We used them because a friend of ours worked for them at the time. We would use them again.

I haved use Mr. Electic for 12 years to handle all of my electrical needs.

The professionals called to let us know they would be at our home within a few minutes. When they arrived they put on shoe covers to protect our floors. They proceeded to ask qualitfying questions and began the work. They were careful not to make a huge mess or break anything. They were very friendly and efficient. They offered us a savings special if we called for addtional work within a certain period of time. Overall. they did a great job. 
We had a similar great experience with a Mr. Electric in Fort Collins, CO before we moved, and their good job is the reason I gave this Mr. Electric a chance.

Everything went fine from their arrival which was on schedule to the completion of the work. They used shoe covers/slippers for protection of our floors and cleaned up their mess (which wasn't much).
