"We had issues with our 13 year-old hot water tank so through Home advisor I found Alpha Omega Mechanical. I called their office and spoke with Bill. I explained to him that our water was not heating as it used to, and I wondered if it was time for a new hot water heater. Possibly faced with that cost, Bill asked a few questioned about our system, and requested that I send a few photos of the tank and installation features to him via a text message. After a short time to review the photos he returned my text with a probable solution to our problem. I called him back, and he suggested that a fix is likely possibly by changing out a few parts and removing a mixing valve from the top of the old tank. I agreed to try the fix, and by doing that I probably saved myself at least $1,500 after cost. The service rep (Johnny) showed up the next business day, removed the mixing valve, checked the pressure tank, changed out the dip tube, anode, etc., and now the old tank heats like it is brand new. We are very pleased with Alpha Omega and they will be my first call back when my next home mechanical problem arises."
