"Our garbage disposal quit working. I contacted Home Advisor and within an hour I was talking to Straight up Plumbing to a very friendly and efficient lady who confirmed an appointment that fit my schedule (within two days). The Technician arrived on time and within an hour had completed the replacement of what I knew was a broken disposal. The technician was also friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained all my options at prices that were competitive with quality equipment. The technician cleaned up the work area before completing the job and he explained the warranty and operation of the unit. This was my first experience with Straight up but it will not be my last.
