I did not ask for a guarantee; and did not ask for him to downgrade his own work. In fact his work to lay plywood and flashing; and liquid rubber membrane on the roof was above quality of original materials and construction. Original design of flat roof did not allow for drainage by a gradient which was not by code or building industry standards. Additionally skylight area had never been properly installed. His repairs were asked to be above previous building quality."

There is still weeds in the driveway and unfortunately there was a side area in the front yard they had not taken care of."
