"Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"My husband and I attended the Albuquerque Home Show recently and talked briefly with Robert Timmis regarding a replacement door for our home. We made an appointment for him to come out and give us a quote. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

PT'S bid was about half the price of the other two contractors. I was a little skeptical but selected PT and I am very happy that I did. PT completed the project in only four days. One contractor told me it would take two weeks. I was also extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and materials. Both were top notch. I was also impressed with the punctuality and courtesy of the workers. I always felt comfortable having them in my house. Overall I am very happy with PT'S work and would recommend them for other remodeling projects, particularly for anyone on a tight budget as I was."
