"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"My husband and I attended the Albuquerque Home Show recently and talked briefly with Robert Timmis regarding a replacement door for our home. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"The project involved building two walls, adding a door, building a closet, matching texture and painting. I got three bids on the project. PT'S bid was about half the price of the other two contractors. I was a little skeptical but selected PT and I am very happy that I did. PT completed the project in only four days. One contractor told me it would take two weeks. I was also extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and materials. Both were top notch. I was also impressed with the punctuality and courtesy of the workers. I always felt comfortable having them in my house.
