The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."

And according to the Santa Fe County Clerk, it must be notarized.) After way too much drama, we got another letter (with accurate numbers), got it notarized, I paid him, and then, FINALLY, we were done. The stucco looks good, we’ve even had compliments on it. However, I recommend you find someone more competent and professional, even if it costs a little more."
