"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. "Plumber Jerome arrived during promised time interval, cleared drain, reassembled and tested.  Discovered broken seam on disposal was leaking so disposal had to be replaced.  A firm price quote for this work was given and agreed to, and the work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner.  Plumber checked the new installation carefully for any leaks before leaving and job site was left clean & tidy.  I was very satisfied with the job and the fact that a firm quote was given and that there were no extra charges.  I would use Reliable Tech again for other plumbing jobs.
