"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

I provide Home Design and Construction Drawings by working closely with my client(s) and listening carefully to their needs and ideas. Once my clients are satisfied with the general layout of the floor plan design, I proceed to work on the Construction Drawings. This would be in preparation of my client(s) and or their Building Contractor submitting the drawings for a building permit.\nI grew up in New Mexico and spent my career designing homes in and around the Santa Fe area for over 50 years. I have designed roughly 700 homes in my career, from Eldorado to Las Campanas. I was also a home builder, so I have hands on experience with every stage of the building process. Just to be clear, I am not an Architect, nor do I claim to be, nor do I have to be in order to provide clients with my services.\nI work alone, so all communication would be directly between myself and my client(s).\nI know that time lines can be critical for clients who may be negotiating construction loans. So I respond very quickly to my clients as the process moves forward.
