"Top notch work, friendly and professional team. Had some overflowing toilets upstairs that demolished bottom floor ceilings/walls. Dominic was professional and quick with his estimate, the crew were all friendly and did great work, they even noticed and fixed a few minor cosmetic issues (some nail pops and existing damage) beyond the scope of the quote. "They came and did a drywall job from ceiling to floor in my bathroom remodel. After he had given a bid, we found that there was more work hidden behind the old bathroom walls. We worked out a reasonable price given the new work and extra materials that were needed. He had two men come in and do the work. It took two afternoons to finish, but they were hard workers who did a nice job blending the mudding to match the existing walls in the home. He used high quality cement board in the shower area and mold and mildew resistant drywall in the rest of the bathroom. We had a late start the first day, but he courteously called to tell me he was running about 45 minutes behind. They arrived the next day at the time I requested. I'm pleased with the work and their clean up efforts."

"The guys arrived a little early. They moved the heavy furniture for me and completely covered the work area with plastic. They reinstalled insulation and closed the hole with drywall. They taped and textured the repair area and matched the rest of the ceiling texture very well. They cleaned up the work area inside and outside the house. They did a very, very good job. "Ricardo and his team did an excellent job! The paint job looked great - they sprayed a base coat of white first, then sprayed the final coat on top. The end result made the house look like new! The whole job was done in a week with a crew of 2-3 people (I had most of the furniture moved out by the time the house was painted though). They were on time every day. I had the ceilings and trim painted white, the walls a shade of grey, the interior front door and fireplace inset a darker shade of grey, and the exterior front door blue. I only had to decide on the colors, and they took care of the rest. WIth the paint sprayed on instead of using a brush, there are no brush strokes. Thank you Ricardo and team for the awesome job!"

"It was a shaky start with some unforeseen obstacles. However, after things settled down Bill got to work and met the deadline that I had originally set. The paint came out great. I needed 2 living rooms and a dining room painted, along with the ceilings in each room. They were able to complete everything in the timeframe given, even after my wife changed her mind on the one of the walls that had already been painted. I had movers coming the next day and Bill even offered to come back the day after the movers to fix any scuffs or scratches that occurred. "James was great to work with in planning this project.  He worked with my schedule to get onsite and provide an estimate.  He was thorough in documenting the work requested, and provided a competitive estimate with a detailed scope of work.  The latter was appreciated to capture the project.
The initial stucco work was done over several days during December, as the weather was not always optimum.  James let me know each day his team was going to be on-site, which I really appreciated.  The exterior synthetic stucco on my balcony's ceiling looks great.  The texture of the patches around the house matched well the existing texture.  Unfortunately, my house has a custom color stucco, and the patchwork they put up did not match.  James took the initiative to tell me he was going to match the existing stucco color with an exterior paint.  
His guys came back in January to paint the patches and now they blend in perfectly.  I appreciate James' effort in getting and applying a matching paint when the stucco's color did not turn out as expected.  James honored the spirit of the scope of work and did not charge extra for this additional labor, which was appropriate and appreciated.  
In all, this was a very positive experience.  The quality of workmanship is great, and James is great to work with.  He communicates well and always kept me in the loop as the project matured.  I will recommend Just Stucco & Windows to anyone who asks me about stucco.  I'll give him a call when I need windows replaced as well.
