"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."

"I have everything in my home on my home warranty company.With one call I get my A/C, my electric, my plumbing, my appliances, and all of it for me. I am very happy with them. You can chose whatever plan you want. I chose a plan where I pay a lesser monthly amount and I pay a higher service call. I could of paid a higher monthly amount and my service call may only be $75. You can kind of customize it. If it is for plumbing and it don't matter if I have one plumbing problem or if I have 5 plumbing problems, I pay one service fee. I am waiting on them to respond to something, so they could work on their response. I think their price is fair. They dispatch a contractor and you deal directly with the contractor after that, but whatever appointment you set up, they will always come."

"After seeing what I needed done, we had to purchase sheetrock, so they followed me to Lowe's so I could buy it, and load it on their truck. They followed me home, and they cut out the bad piece, cut a new piece, and put it up in the ceiling, and screwed, taped and mudded it in.
There were two guys, who worked for about two hours, including the trip to Lowe's. They cleaned up their mess, and the repair was ready to finish and paint in two hours.
