Quality was great but 2 things really impressed me; 1- We had leftover paint from painting our new hardy board siding on our cabin in Ruidoso. Painting the skirting was not on our bid but John had them spend a few extra hours spraying our skirting and he did not charge us for it. 2- Once the demo was done on our old deck and walkway, we realized the skirting under the deck on one side of our cabin was piece together scrap wood and it looked horrible. The crew not only cleaned out under the cabin and hauled off all the junk prior owners just tossed under but they had some leftover metal siding and went ahead and installed and painted it. Guess what, no additional fees added to the job. The new metal roof, hardy board siding, paint job, walkway and side door cover, front porch, new stairs off the deck, new gutters and deck look amazing."
