I have used them for a long time and I have been getting the feeling that they overcharge. They are very professional.

I would rate them really good work but they're also outrageously priced. Their work is excellent. I would use them again if I couldn't find somebody else.

Let me begin by saying that this company is always the most professional and reliable in Roswell. No matter what, if I call Fulkerson I know that they will get the job done. The water heater was easily changed out which is something we have to do every 8 years or so in this town because of the hard water. Luckily they had a replacement one in stock and had everything done in less than 4 hours which was awesome because we've used other companies before we found Fulkerson and had to wait a day or two for them to get the right water heater in. The master bath sink was an easy fix of simply cleaning out the pipes but the guest bathroom sink was a whole other animal. Apparently roots had got into the line and really did some damage. The first thought was that because so many roots were in the line they were going to have to rip up my foundation and completely redo the plumbing. However the technician working on the line decided to snake it several times and really muscled through it to see if he could clear the line enough to avoid the costly alternative. Thank God he did because he was able to get all the roots out and completely clear out the line. He also told me what to pour down the drain on a regular basis to keep the roots from coming back. This isn't the first time Fulkerson has saved me a ton of money on a job by doing the work correctly the first time but it was probably the biggest savings by far. I would not hesitate to call them again to help me with any of my plumbing and air conditioning / furnace needs.

Plumber provided an initial estimate of $299.00 on initial visit. Returned when we called a week or two later and did the work. They typically charge a $82.00 fee to come to Artesia but only charged us $41.00 after two visits. Considering the distance, we didn't think that was too bad. Workers were very helpful and professional. We were very pleased.

The kitchen faucet became difficult to swing from right sink to left and vice versa, then became stuck. Fulkerson's serviceman, Aaron, came and found the problem was a distorted and jammed o-ring. He disassembled the faucet completely, located the problem, replaced the defective part, and reassembled the faucet. He fixed the problem.
On our call about the faucet problem we also told Fulkerson's about our reverse osmosis system problem. The reverse osmosis system was not working correctly, as the water was still not meeting testing requirements for filtered water. On a separate call Russ came and verified the reverse osmosis connections were correct and changed out the filters and the membrane. The system works now. In fact, previously the ice cubes made from the water were cloudy, and now they are mostly clear.
All of the people at Fulkerson's are friendly and professional. That is, the people in the office who answer the phone, schedule the service, and all of the people on the service calls are good to work with. If there is urgency to the need, they respond. If not, they plan a time that is convenient to you.
The reputation here is that Fulkerson's may charge a little more, but they are the best. We didn't think the price was too high, though, and feel that the quality of the service and the price are appropriate. Aaron worked on the faucet for about three hours, taking it completely apart and replacing the bad part before reassembling the faucet. We were thinking a new faucet would be required, at greater expense. Russ with his helper worked almost two hours. Neither service call left a mess in our kitchen, for they cleaned up any water that dripped on th floor or under the sink with towels they had brought for that purpose.
We wholheartedly recommend Fulkerson's. It is our second time to use them. The first time was six years prior (2006) and before we were adding our comments to Angie's List. That time our problem was a clogged drain, and they fixed that quickly and professionally and for a reasonable price, too. That is why we called Fulkerson's again for this job.

They came 11/2012 to do a routine check on my heat pump, which is 20 years old. No problems, although they have detected issues in the past, which I have paid to get fixed. Early in 2012 I had a leak under the slab of my house. They came to investigate and because I work, I gave the remote to my garage to the manager. They found the problem and fixed it. Very expensive, but I am satisfied. I have used Fulkersons for 20 years. They guarantee their work. And with the maintenance, they are available 24 hours a day and I have called them at odd hours and they have quickly responded.

Fulkerson's technicians are prompt, polite, professional, and competent. They are always mindful of cleaning up behind themselves and will wear shoe covers to avoid tracking mud or soil into the house.

Best of all, you can rely on the work they complete, the advise they give, and the fact that they keep appointments and stay in touch with you before they arrive or (as rarely may happen) if they are detained at another service call. A welcome difference in this area of the country!
It's also nice that their phone service is excellent, with a reliable set of receptionists who are friendly, prompt, and competent!

They are pretty well known in town and are one of the bigger heating and air companies. They did a good job and have a fair price.

From start to finish, the job did not take over two hours. They fixed the drywall where they had to cut into it and placed a nice access panel on the larger cut near the floor. They are so thorough and quick.

They are little pricey. They stand behind the work. I don't have any complains. They are very responsive. I don't consider them reasonable. They guarantee you weekend calls and regular rates. If something goes wrong, they make it right. Their cleanup is good. Their folks are tidy. I have used many plumbers but I stayed with them because they are moral and honest. I have allergy and they make sure that nobody comes with fragrance on. It's a good company though they are little pricey. I would use them in the future.
