"      Phil York was doing a job at a neighbor's house and, just for grins, contacted him for a bid.  We had had a few bids for a patio cover but they were way out of our budget.  He made a very reasonable bid and he and his crew began work on a Monday.  Construction time took a little over a week because of the size.  The posts were set in concrete then the actual construction began the next day after waiting for the concrete to set.  All of the wood was stained before being measured and cut for construction.  The tongue & groove was the most time consuming part but it is so well worth it.  Although we had a small covered patio, we could not enjoy being outside in the summer time because of sun.  Now we have a huge outdoor room to enjoy the summer days and evenings.       The workmanship is first rate.  The tongue and groove on the underside is first rate and really adds a touch of  class.  The guys were very personable. They did an adequate job of keeping the work area as clean as possible during construction and cleaned up everything after the cover was completed.       We are extremely pleased with the job and highly recommend Phil York.  He is honest;  the workmanship is outstanding as is the price.  We got an exceptional product for an exceptional price."
