I asked him to stay an extra hour and miter and install, caulk & paint some molding trim around the fold up ladder ceiling panel. And he also moved a light fixture that had been in the way of the install ceiling hole, and replaced it in better location. Last, he primed the caroling panel for me. Beautiful job. I paid him his fee if $60 for the extra hour ($30/man hr)."
