"Dear Anjali, Thank you for the amazing review, it was an honor to help you long distance as this in itself can sometimes be a challenge, but with the help of our phones it was like you were in the room with us. We absolutely love our clients, and pride ourselves in quality craftsmanship with the attention to detail. Your remodel was quite large and extensive, and we did all we could to ensure your vision. Thank you again for selecting us as your preferred contractor and we look forward to the next project."
"Dear [Member Name Removed], Thank you for always being a wonderful client....we truly enjoyed working with you and we do appreciate your business as always."
"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], In an email we received from you on January 14, 2017 you mentioned how happy you were with our crew, as they were very respectful, cleaned up very well and you even mention how beautiful your bathroom turned out. You even mention that even the little issues were resolved quickly. So I am truly surprised by your rating. But I am not going to say we are perfect as a construction company because we too make mistakes, but it is all in how you fix them. We did all that we could to resolve any issues that arose. You never mentioned in your opinionated comments above that we had replaced your 40 year old door, as you stated it was scratched and did not close properly so we did this as a courtesy to you as our client. . You also did not mention that you never paid the final bill as we credited it off the final amount owed as another courtesy to ensure your satisfaction. We even brought out our manufacturing representative to inspect the pits in your bathtub, we had them repaired only a week later you called me again as you had found a scratch to which we paid again to have the repair company come to your home again to repair these unfortunate pits and scratches. You never once make mention of how much we did to ensure your satisfaction, nor did you mention that anytime you called, texted or email me I was very responsive in answering you and your questions, I even did this on Christmas Eve. All I can say is it is extremely unfortunate that you have viewed our company in this light, this is our livelihood, we work diligently to provide a good quality product, service, and craftsmanship to each of our clients. It truly breaks my heart when I read such a report in knowing we did all we could to ensure your satisfaction, but in the end, you were still not happy, apparently. Although we wish you would have brought it to our attention and allowed us to earn the "A" rating that we believe we strive for each project, but instead you have decided to post your unhappiness here. We respect that but wish you would have given us an opportunity to fix your problems, as we cannot fix what we do not even know exists."
"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed] you were an amazing client. We enjoyed making your dream a reality! We would love for you to think of us for your next remodel...."
My wife and I had been planning to add a porch onto our house for several years. When we had saved enough money to commission the project, we went to a home and remodeling show where we met Matt Lambert. We both were impressed with his helpfulness, personable nature, and honesty about how to select a contractor. He encouraged us to have formal plans drawn up and to get bids from several contractors based on those plans. That way, he explained, every bid is based on the same work content and quality level. We followed Matt's advice and had plans drawn up and got three bids on the job, including from Matt's company: Lambert Construction. One of the bids we received was lower than the others but we did not have a good feeling about the contractor so we did not pursue that company. Lambert construction and another company had comparable bids although both were a little above the amount we budgeted. We called Matt Lambert and explained that we trusted him to do the work but his price was a little higher than our budget (as was the other company we were considering). Matt worked with us to slightly modify some of the work we had defined in the plans to reduce the cost to fit within our budget. He also helped us identify parts of the project we could easily do ourselves to help reduce the cost. We signed a contract and the work began a couple weeks later. Matt and his crew showed up promptly on the day he committed to begin the work and they worked without delays until the project was finished. Matt took care of all the city permits and inspections. Although Matt himself was not on the job every minute of the project duration, he was there working along side his crew most of the time. And when he wasn't actually on the job (after all he had other jobs at the same time), he took calls on his cell phone any time we had a question. He always had time for us. Matt and his crew were not only talented craftsmen but also polite, fun, and easy to interact with. They were always willing to help educate us and explain what they were doing and why. The project finished on time and on budget and we are thrilled with the outcome. A final comment relates to the "delay" in our posting of this review relative to when the work was done. We would have posted a review much sooner but the "normalcy" of our lives was seriously interrupted last year due to a devastating illness in one of our children. We are just now getting our lives back on track; including recognizing the quality work of Lambert Construction.
"Loved working with you on this amazing dream project/Deck/Porch/Fireplace. It is one of our pride and joy remodels. As it was a complete transformation giving you an amazing place to enjoy our beautiful weather here in Albuquerque. Thank you again for the referrals and for being such an awesome client...we love our clients at Lambert Construction."
The project went smoothly and was completed as planned.
I would hire them again in a minute. We have hired several other contractors in Albuquerque in the last 2 years. I wish we would have found Lambert's first!
"Thank you so much for the kind comments, we strive to be successful in all we do. We are hard-working and do our very best on each and every project. Our teams are focused and reliable and Matt and I are successful because of their willingness to go that extra mile and to obtain customer's satisfaction. If the client isn't happy we do all we can to achieve their satisfaction on each and every job."
"Thank you for the review, your remodel was an amazing transformation and we are so happy that you are another satisfied client. Yes, we are very saddened that our designer was unavailable due to health issues beyond our control, but I believe that our fill in designers at Arizona Tile were a great help in getting the beautiful design that was finally realized. We look forward to your next project and we thank you for being a wonderful client."
