Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

I tried to make a gate to close them into the kitchen because it was too hot outside, and the gentleman Efren asked me if they were friendly, I said yes, and he said let them out, its fine! I never get that reaction with my rottweiler. The gentleman was great around my dogs.. He cleaned my carpets which really Need replacing but cant afford just yet, and he did a fantastic job..
