Together we made a plan, and four days later she met me in my embarrassingly disgusting apartment and got to work. Throughout the entire process she communicated with me what was happening as I was too embarrassed to stay there while her team worked. They got more done in one day than I could’ve in months. Never once did they make me feel ashamed or embarrassed with anything they did. They sorted through my piles and piles of trash to make sure nothing important would get thrown away. Bio One has changed my life. After just a couple short days of work (I live on the third floor in a walk up if you can imagine how laborious it must’ve been to get box truck after box truck full of trash to the dump), my apartment is completely changed.
