The work included removal of the existing window with its nail-fin frame; purchase and installation of the new vinyl window with its nail-fin frame; installation of moisture barrier, metal lath and skim coat; and repair of the stucco around the window. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."

"Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
