He cut a hole in the sheetrock which I do not believe was necessary and now has to be repaired. If I decided not to buy the house based on his findings I would be responsible for this repair. Not cool.

Daniel was incredible... respectfull, professional,, And a 'kind' Presence.. I felt safe with him and...with all that he shared and and expressed, I have been a strong business woman, my whole life... And at this stage of life with years of experience... I now need help for me. And he with his wisdom.... has been my savior.. He also helped to refer a Dr. who can work with confirming mold in my body and provide services to heal..
