"The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent. He arrived on time and was very personable. Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us. He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own. After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.
