"Rafael completely renovated the interior of a 1800 sq.ft. 1940 adobe stucco house. The interior of the house was completely painted, a structural beam was fixed, the room was drywalled and textured, water heater was moved, gas lines put in, 5 skylights installed, oak and pine floor were fixed, sanded and refinished, electrical boxes were moved and put in. Rafael handled all the work and did a great job. The project started August 1st and will be completed by September 7th. He did many things that were not in his agreement with me, which made me feel he valued the quality of the work he provided. I would highly recomended Rafael for your project."
