"The owner was on time for the appointment and gave a verbal estimated $ amount and followed up with an itemized email project description.  He suggested that we also paint the garage door and front door.  The initial meeting was in July 2011 but he preferred to do the work after my new windows were installed in August. They dug down about 3 inches around the perimeter of home to bring coating to below grade. The landscaping rocks were pulled away from the stucco walls about a 1/2 a foot, more or less.  I should have pointed out all the areas where the sprinklers were located.  They covered some of the bushes.  There were a couple that didn't get covered and were spotted with paint.  My water hose was used but was not left as clean as before it was used.  I had security bars removed and the holes were to be repaired but they were filled with caulk not stucco material.  Overall the job was well done.  The workers arrived on time and cleaned up each day before leaving.  The owner stopped by to check on the job more than once.  The owners and the workers were nice to work with.  Good Job."
