All work was performed as stated. The company said it might be a few weeks before they could schedule me but found an opening so that I got the work completed in less than a week. He was very pleasant and professional.  I am sure that it was a larger job than he had planned.  He said that there were layers and layers of build up on the tile floor over almost 20 years, but he took the time to clean it right.  It was a miracle!  The floor is actually white and so is the grout!  We were amazed and now we actually like the floor.  People who have seen the floor before say "Wow!" when they see it now.

He also told me how to care for it now.  I am only to steam clean it with a cleaner like shark and occasionally use white vinegar in the steam to cut any possible residue.  It was an extra expense for the labor of sealing the grout but I definitely recommend it.
