After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
