"The project was completed on timeâ ¦if there was a delay it was because of the material availability. The mechanical room was clean at the completion of the work. The 2 technicians did a good job!!!!"

"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing needs. I will use his services in the future.

"Obtained written proposals from three contractors and selected Reliable Tech.
-- Work outlined in the contract was completed without surprises or changes..
-- Workers called when on their way and reviewed progress at end of each day.
-- Reviewed how the new equipment would function when the job was completed.
-- Cleaned up construction debris from day to day.
-- Pleasant people to have discussions with.
-- Required five working days to complete the project.
Reliable Tech appears to be a company that is consciously growing to be a regional company for the Santa Fe/Albuquerque area. Had conversations with a secretary, marketing person, head heating man, and his assistant throughout the project.

"Not good. We had just replaced an element and they told us it was the wrong one and took the element but we had just put on and was going to bring back the proper one as well as the one that they had taken off they brought back a different one never brought back the new one that they had taken off but I had already replaced and two days later the furnace quit blowing hot air againI was told it would be more than a week before somebody could get out there and I had a newborn baby that was born less than a week earlier.. needless to say we ended up calling another company and the element was not the problem it's just that they were dirty posts on one of the firing pins it took a minute half with steel wool to clean it off and my furnace works works great ever since.
we won't be using them again for our heating needs

"Very knowledgeable, competent young repairman. Available on short notice just before holiday. Up to date on high-end sophisticated heating/hot water system. Explained all repairs. Cost seemed excessive on some repairs but we were happy overall."
