"provider arrived on time, was very professional and personable, and did a fantastic job.  the carpet looked great, and the 15 year-old recliner looked new after cleaning.  also, the provider gave detailed instructions on cleaning of another upholstered chair that could not be cleaned with water; very knowledgeable.  i would definitely recommend this provider."

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "They were on time , courteous and cleaned up. I requested three different stone surfaces to be cleaned. two of the three surfaces were cleaned. For the third surface they indicated a different chemical was required and they had to obtain it. I was to hear from them within two days to schedule a time for them to return. I am still waiting afte one week for the call back. Poor customer service."

"We were very pleased with the results. Adam and his two co-workers (sorry, I did not get their names) were here on time, even a little early after calling first to see if that was acceptable. It was a cold day, but they didn't complain and went right to work. It took them about 2.5 hours to complete.  The engine looks like it came off the show room floor. We were very happy and would use them again. They were all very friendly and our car looks brand new.
