"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Thomas became an Army officer in 1984. In 1989, Thomas earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in Finance and Marketing. From 1989 to 1997 he worked in Los Angeles, Austin and Albuquerque in various capacities as a regional manager for a hamburger chain and also a convenience store chain. In 1997, Thomas earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico majoring in Production Operations Management. Upon completion of his MBA he went to work for Intel Corporation and worked in the purchasing and sales departments. In 2000, while working at Intel he returned to UNM to work on his Master of Engineering degree concentrating in Structural engineering. In 2004 Thomas started Southwest Roofing and has been the owner since that time.

They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day. It was in the master bedroom closet, and though I cannot prove they took it, no one else has access to that area of my home. When I called Christy, she told me that had never happened before. Not true based on at least one of the reviews I saw. Also, she was almost too ready with a response when she told me to file a police report, which I did. Needless to say, I would not recommend them."

The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."
