The worker that installed our beautiful, light gray shower with modern brushed chrome hardware was excellent in his work. He laid down huge cloth walkways so he wouldn't track through the house. He was very careful and cleaned up everything each day. We are very pleased with the new shower and feel it is a real upgrade which will help when we sell the house."

Bath Fitters was responsive and sent an estimator to our home to show what they could do improve our old tub and master shower.  It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated and the shower stall in the master bathroom was just as expensive as the full tub replacement in the family bathroom.  Strange, because we put safety bars in the full bath.  It took three weeks to get the custom order materials delivered, but boy was it worth it! 

My shower door is beautiful; it looks like something out of the design magazines (clear glass, not a lot of chrome, thoroughly modern).  The master bath looks beautiful and I could not be happier or more proud of our redesign.  The greatest thing is that Bath Fitters also replaced our bath plumbing and fixtures.  They found a spot in the shower with mildew in the wall and halted work.  After getting it inspected by a licensed plumber, we were able to validate that it was not an outside leak.  After the wall was dry, the Bath Fitter technician removed the damaged material, and still finished the entire job on time. 

I called later about a cosmetic concern that I thought might be more serious.  The Technician showed me the problem and ensured that the fix was acceptable before he left my home.  I could not be happier with my decision to remodel the tub and shower.  I feel like my 1980's home just finally came into the new millennium!

When they were done I paid the rest of my bill. I will probably do another bathroom with them after all of this has cleared up."

"The communication with the estimator who presented a complete written estimate, and with the workers was excellent and consistent throughout the project. I found that to be most satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently, the counter top required special fitting and turned out beautifully. All the completed project with its many parts was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Additionally the cooperation in use of masks and care of the working space was very well addressed. The base was laid to perfection and each block is continually checked for plumb once placed.  Leo makes sure everything is done correctly.  He periodically cleans his tools and the surrounding area. The wall is coming together beautifully!.  I'm confident  that wall will be here for many years.
