"I shopped numerous contractors for an estimate, not only for price but references, I physically looked at projects completed by SMRT that were simular to my project and found SMRT Construction most reasonably priced, and the quality of workmanship was what I was looking for. I received an estimate with a complete itemized break down of work to be completed on the project, (it was very detailed). Upon agreeing on price and terms of contract, it was explained that the roofing materials had to be ordered and would take about 4 weeks to be delivered, and work could not start untill materials were on site. Once materials were on site, work begain that following Monday as promised, and the entire project was completed before scheduled finish date. The project went very smooth, He makes everything look so easy, this was a very difficult job, based on height and how steep the pitch of roof, Michael made sure safety measures were always taken into consideration at all times.
