"I am very happy with Dish. The price is comparable to anybody else. I have never checked the price of anyone else. The only other ones to compete there would be satellite dishes as part of the island is not even wired for cable. The quality of the service is good."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
