Figured out the problem, fixed the issue and was very clear in communicating and showing us the problem. Was so impressed that we hired him to replace our hot water heater. Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why. All quotes were fair and reasonable, no surprises. We are definitely sticking with Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services! Thank you for being honest and reliable."
