"Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. "We were very impressed with both Kramer and Eric. We needed a step down room (popular in the 70's) leveled to match the other rooms, and new flooring laid in 75% of the home. They did an excellent job! What impressed me the most, they realized as they were taking up the old flooring that the concert underneath was very uneven. They could have just laid the floor and not said anything as had been done before, but they didn't. They took the time to show us how uneven the floor was and to explain how over time the flooring could gradually separate (which was happening in current flooring). They suggested using leveling concrete to alleviate the issue. They came across a couple more issues and gave us the options of how to fix. I was impressed with the ethic Kramer and Eric have.
