"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Mark scheduled our appointment and arrived punctually after having to reschedule at my request due to weather.  Most of our windows and all of the sliding doors are on a southern exposure and have been exposed to direct sun, sand blasting and high mineral content water splashes. The aviary was also subjected to many years of light to moderate maintenance but was a challenge none the less.  Mark completely transformed the appearance of our glass and made it appear as new.  He also cleaned the screens and left nary a trace that he had been there.  The formulation for his cleaning solution was fully compatible with the birds and there were no ill effects from harsh cleaning chemicals.  We will definitely have this company put on a regularly scheduled maintenance routine from now on.

"I called because my73 year old mother's power had been turned off pending unanticipated electrical repairs in her home. I called Baca's, and they gave me an estimate and promised to remove the branches the same day. My mother's house passed the inspection and she was able to move back into her home without any more delays, thanks to the willingness of Baca's Tree Service to help her immediately. I would have paid a lot more under the dire circumstances, and when I got the bill in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised that the 10% discount for Angie's List Members was applied.
