We had many late night phone calls trying to get this accomplished. I had other companies come in and provide a bid only to for them to say they couldn't help me. Not Manual, he said he had never seen a house he couldn't insulate. They even came out on a Sunday and performed the work so we could close on our home the next day. We have 3,000 square foot home and they did a great job. They were meticulous with their clean up as well. Covered furnishings and floors to protect them. I will NEVER buy another house without Manuel from Insulation Works to inspect the insulation. I will definitely hire him again. This company knows what their doing. I called Premier and Brenda Robledo was so wonderful on the phone. Both she and her husband, Raul Robledo, came to my house to discuss what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Both Brenda and Raul were outstanding, from the first phone call that I made through the work that Raul and Sergio, his assistant, performed. They were punctual, professional, courtesy, conscientious, and kind. From the beginning, they worked with my schedule and with the unpredictable weather. Their work was exceptional. In the next few weeks, I will be making another appointment with Premier to do additional work pertaining to my doors. I recommend this company without reservation. "while the window was fixed well the owner's attitude was horrible. he showed late for the estimate by 1 hour. i hired him because the estimate was reasonable and i couldn't get ahold of anyone else. he showed 2 hours late for the work. when i confronted him, he blamed me for messing up his schedule. no regard for my schedule. throughout the work he kept flattering me to a very uncomfortable point. he knew i am happily married. i was just glad to get the work done and get them out.
