" I'm giving them 2 stars to be fair because they sent a technician to my house the same day I requested the service. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. I received three different quotes ranging from $400 to $900, which I approved. However, the next morning, they called me with a new quote of $2,300. I did not approve this because another company did the same work for $900 in 2024. A few days later, they charged me over $900 for partial work that was done. Customer service promised to review the situation with a supervisor, but they never called me back after getting paid for work I didn?t authorize and that was incomplete. "

Be careful with this George Smith, all the supposedly "good reviews" are fake or posted by family/friends. Amongst his threats was that of "taking me to court", but if the runs a scam business it is obvious that no lawyer will help a thief like George Smith and El Paso Appliance Repair."
