"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. From 1989 to 1997 he worked in Los Angeles, Austin and Albuquerque in various capacities as a regional manager for a hamburger chain and also a convenience store chain. In 1997, Thomas earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico majoring in Production Operations Management. Upon completion of his MBA he went to work for Intel Corporation and worked in the purchasing and sales departments. In 2000, while working at Intel he returned to UNM to work on his Master of Engineering degree concentrating in Structural engineering. "Even in these crazy times, Ryan Cross was as punctual as can be and got the work done with as little disruption as possible to our tenants. Although we chose a couple of tile options for Ryan to pick up from the big box store, he had to make a change from our tile choices due to supply constraints, but the tiles compliment the bathroom's floor tiles wonderfully. Also, he had an issue with a faulty new shower faucet that leaked but he kept me and my tenants posted on when the manufacturer was going to be sending the replacement parts (two times) and the leak is finally resolved. Quite professional in my opinion. Thanks Ryan and crew!"
