"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"It was great! They were awesome. It was handled very professionally. When I called, they gave me a time. The technician was going to be late and so they called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and definitely knows his business. I was very pleased with him. They only charged me for half an hour. I called them, I didn't have a couple because I couldn't get online to get the Angie's List reservation but they gave me the discount anyway. They are really good. They are professional,  service oriented and know their business. This is about the fourth time I have used them. I will use them forever."

That was one of the smartest things that I did, and that was to sign up the service contract for a small additional sum each month, I don't have to pay each time they come out to do work. "Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

Maybe there is new "crud on my pc, I don't know. So all checked items may be moved to the "A" columonce I know what the issue is.
