He explained the work that would be done. answered my questions, and left a detailed written estimate. The power washing was completed in one day, and the sanding and sealing done a few days later after the wood had thoroughly dried. The repair of the rear paver walk was done on a different day.
Workers were organized and careful. There was no damage to surrounding flower beds and aluminum siding was protected with heavy plastic. The exterior of my home looks amazing! The decks look new and the medium brown sealer that Frank suggested is a perfect color match with the brown aluminum trim. The stone walls and cement walks are mold and mildew free. The paver walk is level again, and spotlessly clean.
