Power washing and deck stain/sealing was performed. The powerwashing looked great! Unfortunately, the wood is a bit older and I was hoping more sanding would be done before the stain/seal was put in.

Pat is awesome. Came in gave me a very reasonable price, told me that I really didn't have to do what I wanted because my deck was in good shape. He basically down graded his service, he could have lied to me but he didn't. Works very clean, honest and on time. Highly recommend him for your work.
