"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check.
